Joseph C. walker, C.M., IACE

Joe has over 7 years of airport management experience, including, operations, planning, CIP development, government relations, and policy development. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Administration from Utah Valley University. Joe is a Certified Member of AAAE, an International Aerodrome Certified Employee, and has logged time as a student pilot.

Joe has leadership experience serving as an airport manager, and a director of airports for multiple NPIAS airports. Through that experience, Joe has worked with a variety of stakeholders including airport advisory committees, port commissions, FAA and unique stakeholders like the National Park Service. During Joe’s tenure in airport management, he was actively involved in multiple airport management transitions that included: audits, compliance (federal and state), strategic airport planning, FAA master plans, ALP updates, managing airport development, AIP grant funding, and aeronautical use agreements.
