David C. Benner, C.M.
MANAGING PRINCIPAL
David has over 15 years of aviation management consulting, aviation planning, and operations management experience. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bethel College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Aviation with a concentration in Airport Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). David is a Certified Member of AAAE. David earned his commercial pilot license with instrument and multi-engine ratings and is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).
As the Managing Principal, David leads AMCG projects with a focus on Primary Management and Compliance Documents (PMCDs), strategic business planning, rent studies and appraisals, fee analysis, lease/use/operating agreement development, market assessments/feasibility studies, airport assessments, RFI/RFQ/RFP development. David served as a key research team leader on 5 ACRP projects.
