Matthew F. Fish, MAI

Matthew has actively engaged in commercial real estate and the appraisal profession since 2012 as a senior appraiser with AMCG’s teaming partner Decker Associates, Inc. and has earned the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute.

Matthew’s 10+ years of appraisal experience in commercial real estate encompasses numerous property types including aviation related properties and studies. His experience also includes multiple facets of commercial real estate appraisal including retail, office, industrial, multi-family residential, multiple types of land appraisals, and special use properties. Other types of work have included feasibility studies and marketability studies. As a full-time consultant for AMCG, Matthew will focus on rent studies and appraisal assignments.
