Airport Through-The-Fence Assessment

An Airport Through-the-Fence Assessment reviews the commercial aeronautical TTF operation at the Airport to provide the information needed to make an informed, prudent, and defensible decision regarding permitting, restricting, or prohibiting the TTF operation. By definition, TTF operations encompass the ground movement of aircraft to/from land adjacent to, but not part of, airport property to/from the airport’s airside infrastructure (e.g., runways and taxiways). AMCG co-authored the Airport Cooperative Research Program’s Report 114: Guidebook for Through-The-Fence Operations.
